Désiré and Andy are now outside Damien's neighbour's house, hoping to find him after his neighbour wrote a threatening letter to him..
From part 2, Andy will act as a diversion and Désiré will look for clues in the neighbour's house. I actually like this part because you get to play as both Andy as Désiré! Cool!
Ok so let's start:
Talk to Andy
Click on the bag and you will see Andy's face at the bottom right. Click on Andy to play from his POV.
You will see a fatty. Talk to him

Talk to Andy
- You sure this isn't a mistake?

Désiré will knock on the door then hide at the corner. The neighbour will come out and help Andy with the phone.
Use rope with hook.
Use the rope & hook with roof.
Click on the rope & hook and Désiré will climb to get into the house.

Now you will watch from Andy's POV where he has made the phone call and is now needing the washroom, but the washroom is upstairs so.. Andy can't be a diversion anymore!
Back to Désiré's POV, go into the bedroom.
Go to the hallway. Go to office.
Take the new letter from the typewriter. He then calls Andy, but won't work since Andy left his phone at home. The psyched neighbour comes with a rifle, wanting to shoot Désiré for trespassing.

Use iPad on Andy and he will go up and into the house.
Use the iPad on Andy again to dash past the windows.
Click on the bedroom.
Andy will then get into the bedroom, startling the neighbour. Go to the hallway.
Go to the toilets and Andy will realise that he lost his Swiss army knife.
Go back to the bedroom and pick up the Swiss army knife.
Go back to the hallway. Click the toilets again.
Andy will leave his wheelchair. Click on the stairs.
Use rope & hook on wheel.
Use iPad on Andy and he will go up and into the house.
Use the iPad on Andy again to dash past the windows.
Click on the bedroom.
Andy will then get into the bedroom, startling the neighbour. Go to the hallway.
Go to the toilets and Andy will realise that he lost his Swiss army knife.
Go back to the bedroom and pick up the Swiss army knife.
Go back to the hallway. Click the toilets again.
Andy will leave his wheelchair. Click on the stairs.
It will then be Désiré's POV and his phone will be ringing. Andy is actually the one calling, telling him to lure the neighbour out of the door so that he could use the wheelchair to disarm the neighbour. Go to Désiré's POV.
Talk to the neighbour
- Let me show you something...
Use letter with neighbour. Désiré will be scolding the neighbour for threatening Damien.
Use new letter with neighbour. The neighbour would keep moving back.
Go back to Andy's POV.
Use iPad with Andy to disarm neighbour! Yay!
Use new letter with neighbour. The neighbour would keep moving back.
Go back to Andy's POV.

- Why are you harassing Damien?

The neighbour agree to a truce. Then somehow Désiré is transported back to Élodie's room, where he tells her what happened.
Use letter with Rocco. Rocco will sniff it, and will help in finding Damien!
Talk to Élodie
- Could you leave Rocco with me for an hour?
Désiré and Rocco will then teleport to outside Damien's house.
Go inside the house and get the scarf, then go out.
Use scarf with Rocco. Rocco will end up at the shed.
Pick up stone.
Use stone on shed handle. You found Damien, hanged to the ceiling of the shed... (Not putting pics here for the faint-hearted)
Go back to his house to see if you can find anything..

The fatty will somehow talk his way out of things and psych Désiré that society is unfair and he has to live with it. And 2011 ends...
